Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
- Perishable goods such as fresh vegetables and opened food items are not eligible for return.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
